2. Product

Remembr is an iOS app for personal relationship memory. It helps users save and remember contacts, meetings, conversation context, notes, reminders, photos, voice recordings, transcripts and AI-supported summaries or search answers.

3. User Account

Some features require a user account. Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and for keeping account information accurate and up to date.

4. User Content

Users are responsible for the content they enter or upload to Remembr, including contact information, notes, photos, voice recordings, transcripts, reminders and other information.

Users may only enter, store or process data that they are lawfully permitted to use. Users must not store unlawful, abusive, offensive, harmful or otherwise prohibited content.

5. Responsible Use of Data About Other People

Remembr is intended for personal relationship memory. If users store information about other people, they are responsible for using that information lawfully and respectfully.

6. AI Features

Remembr may provide AI-supported features, for example for search, summaries, suggestions, transcription or structured processing of user input.

AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate or misleading. Remembr is not a legal, medical, financial, safety-related or other professional advice tool. Important information should be verified.

7. Subscriptions and Premium Features

Some features may require a paid premium subscription. Subscriptions are purchased, billed and managed through Apple App Store / StoreKit.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled according to Apple's rules. Management and cancellation are handled through the user's Apple ID or iOS subscription settings.

Current prices, durations, trial periods and conditions are shown in the app and/or App Store.

8. Account Deletion and Subscriptions

Users can initiate deletion of their Remembr account inside the app.

Deleting the Remembr account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. An active subscription may need to be managed or cancelled separately through Apple.

9. Availability and Changes

We aim to provide Remembr reliably. However, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

Remembr may be in an early development, TestFlight or beta phase. Features may be changed, expanded or removed where reasonable for users.

10. Acceptable Use

The app must not be misused. Prohibited uses include:

  • unlawful use
  • attacks on systems or security mechanisms
  • automated scraping, extraction or reverse engineering unless legally permitted
  • uploading or storing unlawful content
  • using the app to monitor, harass or harm other people
  • circumventing payment, subscription or access restrictions

12. Liability

We are liable in accordance with statutory law for intent and gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and under mandatory statutory liability provisions.

In cases of slight negligence, we are liable only for breaches of material contractual obligations whose fulfilment enables proper performance of the contract and on whose compliance users may regularly rely. In such cases, liability is limited to foreseeable, typical contractual damages.

13. Governing Law

German law applies unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms if required for legal, technical or organizational reasons. The current published version applies.
